Ginger has been used for its medicinal properties for centuries.
Consuming fruits and vegetables of all kinds has long been associated with a reduced risk of many lifestyle-related health conditions.

Many studies have suggested that increasing consumption of plant foods like ginger decreases the risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease and overall mortality while promoting a healthy complexion and hair, increased energy and overall lower weight.

1) Digestive issues
The phenolic compounds in ginger are known to help relieve gastrointestinal irritation, stimulate saliva and bile production and suppress gastric contractions and movement of food and fluids through the GI tract.

2) Nausea
Chewing raw ginger or drinking ginger tea is a common home remedy for nausea during cancer treatment.

Pregnant women experiencing morning sickness can safely use ginger to relieve nausea and vomiting, often in the form of ginger lozenges or candies.

During cold weather, drinking ginger tea is good way to keep warm. It is diaphoretic, which means that it promotes sweating, working to warm the body from within. As such, in the wake of a cold, ginger tea is particularly useful.

To make ginger tea at home, take a tea spoon add into hot water. Adding a slice of lemon or a drop of honey adds flavor and additional benefits, including vitamin C and antibacterial properties.

3) Pain reduction
A study involving 74 volunteers carried out at the University of Georgia found that daily ginger supplementation reduced exercise-induced muscle pain by 25%.

Ginger has also been found to reduce the symptoms of dysmenorrhea (severe pain during a menstrual cycle). In one study, 83% of women taking ginger capsules reported improvements in pain symptoms compared to 47% of those on placebo.

4) Inflammation
Ginger has been used for centuries to reduce inflammation and treat inflammatory conditions.

A study published in Cancer Prevention Research journal found that a ginger root supplement administered to volunteer participants reduced inflammation markers in the colon within a month. Researchers on the study explained that by decreasing inflammation, the risk of colon cancer is also likely to decrease. Ginger has also shown promise in clinical trials for treating inflammation associated with osteoarthritis.

How to Detox with a Coconut Oil Cleanse to Get Rid of Parasites, Viruses, and Fungal

A coconut oil detox is a natural way to cleanse your body of toxins in a short time.  It’s a very effective way to rid the body of harmful parasites, bacteria and viruses.

What makes this detox so powerful? 
Coconut oil consists of medium chain triglycerides, which help to strengthen and build up the immune system. Coconut oil is also high in both lauric acid and caprylic acid, which possess antiviral, antimicrobial and antifungal properties.

These substances attack harmful bacteria but leave friendly bacteria alone, which leads to a balanced gut flora in the digestive system. Studies show, coconut oil kills yeast and other fungal overgrowth in the body.

How to Detox with a Coconut Oil Cleanse?

Use virgin coconut oil.

During the cleanse it is necessary  to consume as much water as possible in order to help flush out the parasites

If you have never taken Virgin coconut oil before, then you’ll want to let your body adjust by slowly incorporating it into your diet before trying a coconut oil detox.

Start with 1/2-1 teaspoon three times per day. Gradually work your way up to 1-2 tablespoons three times daily. It may take two weeks to work up to the full amount. When you feel comfortable taking this much coconut oil, then you should be ready to start a coconut oil detox.

Method
A coconut oil cleanse consists of mixing coconut oil in warm water and drinking it from three to seven days.

During a coconut oil detox, you need to consume 10-14 tablespoons of coconut oil daily.  Two tablespoons can be taken at 2-hour intervals throughout the day.

If you can’t tolerate the taste of coconut oil, blend it with some plain, organic, unflavored, unsweetened yogurt.

You can also eat no more than 4 ounces of fresh, non-dried, unsweetened coconut meat which is rich in fiber and nourishes the good bacteria in your gut.
